Thank you for shopping at GlowScript Reads. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policies are designed to be transparent and fully compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging (with any seals or shrink-wrap intact, especially for media/books).

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Digital downloads or software (if the download has started).

• Personalised or custom-made items.

• Gift cards.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@glowscriptreads.site with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, please mail your product to: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ

Please note: Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.
